Recently, I've taken to strolling through my neighborhood, even though my left knee often aches. These walks significantly improve my mood, pulling me away from the grips of stress and anxiety. On sunny days, the sky is a brilliant blue, causing the colors around me to appear more vivid. In contrast, gloomy weather dulls the vibrancy of nature, casting everything in a muted grey that many artists seem to appreciate.

Flowers, with their striking colors and extravagant shapes, captivate me. This allure is why artists like Monet, Pissarro, and Cezanne were drawn to portray them, alongside landscapes and fruits. Flowers embody a wild spirit, defying the constraints of civilization. They bloom beautifully yet wither just as swiftly. Despite their natural growth, each flower seems to be meticulously crafted, showcasing intricate variations in hue, form, and size that bring life and diversity to any garden. I feel compelled to pause and admire them, especially during springtime.

It's disheartening to reflect on how little time I've dedicated to appreciating nature. How many blossoms have blossomed unnoticed in my life?
