The company mattered to me, and I held significance to it, yet it felt more like a practical arrangement than an emotional bond.

Fast forward to the summer of 2010, and I found myself genuinely discontent with life. The combination of work and school had become overwhelming. I yearned for a significant transformation. Upon submitting my resignation, a wave of relief washed over me. I could concentrate on my studies, leading to our group's triumph in the Capstone Case Competition.

As time went on, I began to consider re-engaging with former clients on a part-time basis. To do this effectively, I needed to establish a proper system. When contemplating a freelance career, a crucial decision arises: Do you choose to go solo or form a business entity?

These two paths are:
