Section 1.1: Technical Milestones Update

Q1. Can you provide updates on the progress of the technical milestones?

Dorel: We’re excited to share our technical roadmap with you:

This year, our goals include launching our App Library, enhancing our tokenomics for the benefit of all stakeholders, advancing our NFT and DeFi initiatives, improving interoperability, adding new platform features, and enhancing multi-cloud capabilities.

For Q2, we have some key highlights:

We’ve seen significant growth in the SEED platform. For instance, Munich Applied Science University is utilizing ML SEED to teach blockchain technology and smart contract development. More details will be shared soon. Additionally, MHL / ICON are using ML SEED to conduct workshops focused on developing blockchain solutions with the ICON protocol.

To recap our Q1 2021 updates: - We’ve successfully integrated ML SEED with Huawei Cloud. - We’ve developed a micro-payment solution utilizing SEED.

Moving forward, we are introducing additional dApp and DeFi functions that complement ML SEED, including a gasless NFT LaunchPad to allow users to create their NFT tokens without incurring high gas fees (currently in progress) and implementing the MITx Staking Tool to meet the needs of MITx staking. Exciting features are on the horizon, and we will share more details as they become available.

Section 1.2: Marketing Initiatives

Q2. What updates can you share regarding marketing efforts?

In summary: - We are conducting monthly AMAs with our community and welcoming new members. - We are seeking active community members who are knowledgeable about our product and share our vision to join us as Ambassadors. This is crucial for growing our community and educating those interested in our project. Feel free to sign up if you're interested! - Additionally, we are hosting a Sticker and NFT design competition, where winners will receive an NFT minted by the Morpheus Labs team!

We are also planning to enhance our Twitter presence in the coming weeks and months. This outlines our marketing strategy for Q1 to Q3, focusing on raising awareness of MITx and accelerating the adoption of SEED 2.0.

Section 1.3: Exchange Listings

Q3. When can we expect the next exchange listings?

Pei Han: MITX was listed on KuCoin in February, which has increased trading volume and demand for MITx, reaching a broader audience of potential holders. The overall feedback has been very positive.

Listing on new exchanges will undoubtedly support MITx's growth and facilitate the expansion of Morpheus Labs’ business. We will plan and execute these listings with the aim of benefiting the company, community, and MITx token holders sustainably. We will keep the community informed as we make progress.

Section 1.4: Partnership with AWS

Q4. Could you elaborate on Morpheus Labs' partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS)?

Dorel: Our partnership with AWS began in 2019, and we collaborate with them to achieve mutual goals. Here are some key points:

• Morpheus Labs has received a secured growth business fund from AWS Activate, which has been used to enhance product integration and explore new technologies for innovative use cases.
• We are working to secure Market Development Funds (MDF) to drive demand generation and go-to-market strategies. AWS Partners gain visibility with customers through marketing opportunities such as co-branded campaigns and joint webinars.
• We aim to produce our first joint AWS case study, which will showcase Morpheus Labs’ success in addressing specific business challenges for AWS customers. These case studies may be featured on various AWS platforms and events.

Section 1.5: NFT Marketplace Development

Q5. Is an NFT marketplace in your development plans?

Bruce: Morpheus Labs and Huawei Cloud recently co-minted NFT tokens for keynote speakers and panelists during the Huawei Cloud Day event. We are also set to launch a beta version of a gasless NFT Token LaunchPad, enabling users to mint NFT tokens on the Matic blockchain without incurring gas fees. The minted tokens will be available on OpenSea and will soon be tradable.

NFTs represent a cultural revolution and are expected to become integral to everyday life and business transactions. As a blockchain technology provider, we are not only offering platforms and tools for NFT project implementation but also collaborating with other blockchain providers and NFT marketplaces to facilitate the use of MITx as a payment currency for NFTs. We are also considering developing an NFT marketplace that utilizes MITx for governance and payment, should it substantially enhance the MITx ecosystem.

Section 1.6: Multi-Blockchain DApp Development

Q6. Does Morpheus Labs enable the development of dApps that can utilize features from different blockchains?

Bruce: The Morpheus Labs SEED platform is specifically designed to empower users to develop and implement dApps that leverage the best features of various blockchains. This is achieved through integrated development tools and reference applications curated by Morpheus Labs, our partners, and platform users. We plan to share examples in future technical updates or through quick summaries on our social media channels.

Q7. If I wanted to use VeChain for supply chain management and 0Chain for storage or financial services in my dApp, would that be feasible?

Bruce: Absolutely! The scenario you described is precisely what the Morpheus Labs SEED platform excels at. It serves as a one-stop solution for dApp development and deployment, featuring a service- and component-oriented architecture. You can seamlessly integrate VeChain for supply chain applications and 0Chain for storage and invoicing services using the SEED platform. Section 1.7: MITx Staking Plans

Q8. Are there plans for MITx staking?

Dorel: I’ll address the question about staking. Currently, MITx staking features are in development, following our published 2021 roadmap. Our own SEED Staking feature will be completed soon, and staking is possible through third-party tools that offer staking-like capabilities such as:

As discussed in previous posts and AMAs about the MITx economy, in addition to subscription usage and AppLibrary downloads, MITx staking will enhance the ML SEED platform. It will be available in Q2, starting with Locked Staking as the first release within the platform ecosystem.

Section 1.8: Future on Binance Smart Chain

Q9. Is there a plan for Morpheus Labs to integrate with Binance Smart Chain (BSC)?

Bruce: Yes, we are planning to implement MITx BEP20 on BSC and will facilitate conversion between MITx ERC20 and MITx BEP20 (with two-way conversion available).

By introducing BEP20, the MITx BEP2 token on Binance DEX will be convertible to MITx BEP20. We are confident that this strategic move will contribute to the growth of MITx and benefit the MITx community.
