Exploring the Essence of Existence: You Are the Universe
Written on
You Are Everything
You are the universe experiencing itself through your perceptions and thoughts.
However, it's crucial to understand that you are not merely your thoughts; you are the consciousness that observes these thoughts. Everything you perceive externally is an illusion—a collective dream of which you are part.
Once you grasp this truth, your perspective shifts dramatically; everything in existence begins to transform before your eyes. You recognize that you are not just an individual within the universe but the universe itself.
In recent years, I have encountered these profound thoughts with increasing frequency. They intensified as I devoted time to introspection through reading, meditation, and addressing long-standing questions I had buried due to societal conditioning.
This exploration deepened when I began to experience altered states of consciousness. I frequently questioned my identity, and now I have found the answer.
_The entirety of creation—You and I—constitutes that essence._
I began to perceive life differently, interpreting it through a fresh lens!
How Did It All Begin?
At 20 years old, the realizations I have come to in the past few years are overwhelmingly transformative.
A significant shift in my consciousness occurred on May 16, 2020. It was my first visit to a hill near my home to watch the sunset, inspired by the benefits of sun gazing. That day marked my introduction to Eckhart Tolle when I began listening to "The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment" via Audible.
The experience I had in the first 15 minutes of listening is indescribable. While I can’t recall the specifics, I know I underwent a monumental transformation that day.
After that evening, my surroundings appeared much clearer, and I began to see in ways I never deemed possible.
I increasingly felt an absence of separation between myself and the world, as if the barriers obstructing my experience of life in its purest form had vanished for a few weeks (until my ego reasserted itself).
It’s evident to me that many of these barriers and ego-driven thought patterns still require dissolution within myself. However, having discovered my multidimensional nature, I can't revert to my previous way of being.
We experience the universe through our senses, which were _created (or evolved, depending on your belief)_ by nature to aid our survival in this three-dimensional realm. They enable us to interpret our surroundings and provide solutions for survival (and perhaps also serve as a means to experience the multiverse).
Yet, beyond these senses lies a being eager to be discovered—an essence I am still uncovering, and I feel I have much to learn about it. To deepen this experience, we must relinquish the ego and become more aware of our "true" self.
Steps to Achieve This Awareness
- Release everything you’ve learned about the universe's nature,
- Eliminate all ego-driven boundaries and 'I'-thoughts,
- Attain a level of understanding where you no longer perceive everything as an illusion, but acknowledge existence in its purest form.
We must abandon the notion that our purpose is mere survival and instead embrace what many already know—life is a gift.
A gift we should appreciate as it was bestowed upon us. A gift that does not require us to control, alter, or exploit for personal gain. Yes, all of this—if we choose to perceive it in this light.
As you begin to awaken on this planet, you gravitate toward your true identity and the understanding of who you genuinely are. _You uncover your multidimensional self, composed of various aspects of your being._ You learn invaluable life lessons, encounter your guides and mentors, and open yourself to love and more.
For me, these mentors include: - Dolores Cannon with her books and videos - Eckhart Tolle with his works and talks - The YouTube channel Pursuit of Wonder - Aaron Abke and his YouTube content - The writings of Dr. Hawkins and his Map of Consciousness - The RA Contact: Law of One — _This material has helped me grasp the concept of oneness, the dimensions of reality, and the evolution of beings through various densities._ - _And many more._
I am beginning to awaken to the broader perspective. It feels paradoxical—everything unfolds rapidly and simultaneously. Perhaps this is due to my brief experiences in the fourth or even fifth dimensions (of time/consciousness).
It's important to recognize that we are all on our unique journeys toward the same destination: ultimate freedom, bliss, and unconditional love.
The sooner you accept that you are not who you think you are, the sooner you'll realize that there is no separation between you and the world around you.
Some may perceive this journey as a struggle, while others see it as an adventure.
For me, it is both.
